I am the owner (NOT AGENCY) of Baan Chai Talay condominium in Hua-
Hin. The room’s size is around 130 sq. m. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large
living area with integrated fully equipped kitchen. The room is located on the second
floor and can be accessed by either stairs or lift. It is a corner room with only 2
minutes walk from the beachfront.
I am the first owner and have taken care of our room very carefully. The
furniture and decoration in our room are custom made and exclusively designed to
fit the room. The room has TV, CD/DVD-Player, microwave, electric boiler,
toaster and electric rice cooker. The new towels are also prepared for you.
Rental Rate: 65,000 baht per month
